Milestones - Eating in a New Way

Mmmmm. Well this will take some thought.

I have a better understanding.
I do notice when I eat because I am a "little bit"  something.  Tired, bored, happy, sad, excited.

When I want to be distracted from something.  It only lasts a few moments and I have eaten my way to sadness again!

I do get this.  I understand.

But I still have not been able to hold this at the forefront of my mind yet.  These thought do not seem to exist at all when the desire for that "chocolate orange" that bag of crisps, that Frys Chocolate Cream jumps into my brain.

How to change this habit.  This grooved way of living.
